Xerox has acquired Digitex Canada, the largest independent services, software and technology provider in Western Canada.
“We’re expanding our footprint in the fast-growing North America small and midsize business market (SMB) with our acquisition of Digitex Canada,” said Mike Feldman, president of Americas Operations, Xerox. “With Digitex Canada’s geographical presence, strong SMB customer base, and technology and services expertise, we are well placed to bring our growing portfolio of workplace technology solutions to new customers seeking a modern work experience.”
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Digitex Canada was founded in 1997 as provider of printing equipment and office supplies, and has evolved since to a technology company which helps SMB’s with advice and decision making regarding everyday business life – from ink and toner supply to laptop models, antivirus and ransomware.
