B2CPrint LTD (hereinafter: "the Company" or "we") respects the privacy of users of the website b2cprint.com (hereinafter: "the Site"). This document details the information collected, how it is used, how it is secured and the rights of users.
2. What information is collected
- Information provided voluntarily: name, phone number, email address, company name and message content - when you contact us via WhatsApp, email or phone.
- Automatic technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system, browser language, pages visited and referral source - collected through server logs and essential technical cookies only.
- Cookies: the Site uses functional cookies only, to store accessibility preferences (font size, high contrast, readable font). The Site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
3. Purposes of use of the information
- Responding to enquiries and requests.
- Improving the service and adapting the user experience.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
- Site security and detecting attempts at intrusion or misuse.
4. Transfer of information to third parties

- Request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date.

- Withdraw consent to receive marketing communications at any time ("unsubscribe").

A complaint regarding privacy may be filed with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice: gov.il - Privacy Protection Authority. EU residents may also contact their local data-protection authority.
