Our commitment to accessibility
B2C Print (B2CPrint LTD) is committed to providing an equal service to the general public, including people with disabilities. We work to make our website accessible in accordance with the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and with the Israeli standard IS 5568 (Part 1), as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.
Conformance level
The site has been made accessible to Level AA of the WCAG 2.1 guidelines and to IS 5568.
Browsers and assistive technologies tested
Tests have been performed in the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari (current versions).
For screen readers we recommend NVDA (Windows) or VoiceOver (Mac / iOS).
Accessibility adjustments implemented on the site
- Semantic markup with correct headings and ARIA landmarks.
- Full keyboard navigation (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space) and visible focus indication.
- "Skip to content" link at the top of the page.
- Alternative text (
alt) for meaningful images; decorative images are marked as hidden from screen readers. - Adequate color contrast between text and background (minimum ratio 4.5:1).
- Support for zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
- Respects the operating-system "reduce motion" preference.
- Accessibility widget at the bottom-left: font enlarge / shrink, high contrast and readable font.
- Minimum clickable area of 24×24 pixels for every interactive element.
Services not yet accessible and alternatives
Externally embedded content (maps, video, feeds) may not be fully accessible. Where necessary we will provide the information through an alternative channel upon request.
Physical accessibility at company offices
The company offices are located at Textile House, 2 Kaufmann St., 9th Floor, Tel Aviv 6801249, Israel. The building has an accessible elevator, accessible restrooms and an accessible access route. Most services are provided digitally and by phone. To arrange an in-person meeting or receive personal service, please contact the accessibility coordinator in advance.
